    When is the Reset Challenge? How Long Is It? Where Is It?

    Our Mom Reset Challenge will launch on January 2, 2021 and it will take place over the course of five days.

    Wait, why not January 1?

    The first step in knowing how to be a happier mom is learning how to set attainable goals for yourself. I LOVE a good challenge, but we put too much pressure on ourselves to do it January 1.

    The holidays aren’t quite over, and the kids are still home from school. Won’t you have a little more time for the challenge if you start January 4?

    Plus, I like the idea of a Monday – Friday five day challenge. I’m literally not even asking you for a weekend!

    So, for five days in a row, starting Monday January 4, you will receive an email from me in the morning. Each day will outline the tasks and challenges of the day.

    Why Me? Why This Challenge? What Do I Know About How to be a Happier Mom?

    As a former librarian, yoga teacher, and toddler mom I can promise you one thing. My life is about balancing the endless amount of inbound research and pressure, my children’s schedules, and the part of my brain reminding me to be present, mindful, and gentle towards myself.

    I’m NOT going to promise you that I have a magic recipe to suddenly be a happier parent overnight. But I can promise you that, if you put in minimal work, I can give you the tools you need to find joy in the simplest moments.

    I know how to declutter, get organized, live simply, and focus on being a more mindful parent, even during the toughest moments. And 2020 was about has rough as it gets…

    I also know what it’s like to suffer from anxiety, especially pre and postpartum anxiety. As much as I absolutely love being a parent, I know that it comes with a complete loss of control and a lot of challenging and triggering moments.

    The tools I’m sharing with you are the ones that I use everyday to manage the hardest moments so I can continue to show up for and find happiness in the best moments.

    This is what I live and breathe every day…and I want to share it so we can all enjoy motherhood more.
